Job summary

Lookers is seeking a Marketing Planning & Production Manager to join our marketing operations. You will report to the Head of Marketing Operations and shape how the team plans, produces, and delivers work aligned to business priorities.

You will create structure, visibility and consistency, leading planning and production activities to ensure creative and content delivery meets objectives. You will deputise for the Head of Marketing Operations when required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in marketing operations, planning, or production management.
• Excellent organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong project management capabilities with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Translate marketing strategy into clear priorities, actionable plans and defined workstreams.
• Manage production across creative and content teams to meet deadlines and standards.
• Track progress, identify risks, remove blockers and maintain momentum across multiple projects.
• Establish and improve processes, tools and reporting for efficiency from brief to delivery.
• Own relationships with workflow and asset management platforms and drive integration within Marketing.
• Partner with stakeholders to manage demand, align expectations and balance priorities.
• Act as deputy for Head of Marketing Operations when required.
