Job summary

Talent Staffing is seeking a Marketing Manager for a Financial Services (Insurance) client in Reading. You will shape the annual plan, own partner marketing, and lead campaigns, events and communications to support adviser engagement and sales growth.

You’ll manage a small team, collaborate with senior stakeholders and external agencies, and stay ahead of market developments in protection and regulated environments. This is a role combining strategy with hands-on execution.

Qualifications

• 5+ years marketing experience within financial services, ideally with protection context.
• Strong B2B marketing experience, including intermediaries, advisers or strategic partners.
• Excellent campaign planning and execution skills.
• Experience operating in a regulated environment and working with budgets, events and external agencies.

Responsibilities

• Shape and deliver the annual marketing plan aligned with business objectives.
• Develop and own marketing plans for strategic partners and opportunities.
• Lead partner marketing initiatives, including tender responses and new business support.
• Own the social media plan to increase reach, awareness and engagement.
• Collaborate with senior sales to drive adviser engagement and growth.
• Manage internal/external communications for key projects and change initiatives.
