Job summary

Guardian is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to shape and deliver strategy, lead day-to-day marketing activity and manage a small team within a regulated financial services environment. You will collaborate with leaders, sales and partners to drive campaigns, communications and events that build brand awareness and sales growth among Financial Advisers.

You will shape annual plans, manage budgets, and work with external agencies to deliver high-quality content while ensuring regulatory

Qualifications

• 5+ years of marketing experience within financial services, ideally protection.
• Strong B2B marketing experience, preferably with intermediaries or strategic partners.
• Excellent campaign planning and execution skills.
• Sound knowledge of the financial services market and regulatory requirements.
• Proven experience managing budgets, projects, events and external agencies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Shape and deliver the annual marketing plan aligned to business objectives.
• Develop and own marketing plans for strategic partners and opportunities.
• Lead partner marketing, tender responses and new business initiatives.
• Own the social media plan to increase reach and engagement.
• Collaborate with sales to boost adviser engagement and growth.
• Manage internal and external communications for key projects.
• Lead the events programme, including content, logistics and budgets.
• Oversee marketing collateral for advisers and partners and ensure brand compliance.
