Job summary

Devonshire is seeking a Marketing Communications Strategist to shape integrated marketing communications and influence creative direction within a dynamic in-house agency. The role focuses on turning commercial objectives into measurable campaigns across multiple business areas.

Initially a 6-month fixed-term contract with potential extension or permanent opportunity. You will work across Brand, Creative, Media and Content teams to deliver insights-driven communications and impactful customer

Qualifications

• Experience in marketing communications strategy, integrated planning or brand strategy.
• Ability to translate business objectives into clear communication strategies and creative briefs.
• Understanding of customer journeys, audience segmentation and messaging frameworks.
• Experience across integrated campaigns and always-on content.
• Knowledge of media planning and communications across the marketing funnel.
• Confidence in evaluating creative work and providing strategic feedback.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Commercial mindset with a passion for measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develop insight-led marketing communication strategies aligned with business and customer objectives.
• Create strategic and creative briefs to enable outstanding creative work.
• Build integrated campaign and content strategies across the customer journey.
• Collaborate with Brand, Creative, Media, Content, Insight and Marketing teams to deliver joined-up communications.
• Define audience strategies, messaging frameworks and measurement plans.
• Review creative work to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
• Analyse campaign performance, identify optimization opportunities and champion a test-and-learn approach.
• Present strategic recommendations and influence stakeholders across the business.
