NHS Supply Chain is seeking a Market Research Lead to shape the insight agenda and drive evidence-based decision making. You will lead a small team, champion research excellence, and ensure customer and stakeholder voices inform strategy and planning.

The role offers hybrid working with two days on-site in Nottingham, a starting salary of £65,920 rising to £77,553 plus a £7,000 car allowance, and a comprehensive benefits package. Closing date 15 October 2026.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading market research or stakeholder research programmes.
• A strong understanding of quantitative and qualitative methodologies and their practical use.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear business recommendations.
