Job summary

Sedna, the platform powering global maritime commerce, seeks an Account Executive to drive new business and expansion across shipping operators. You’ll manage the full sales cycle from discovery to close, delivering tailored demos and value-led negotiations that align with customer goals.

In this high-ownership role you’ll develop pipeline, build multi-threaded relationships with stakeholders, and collaborate with RevOps, Marketing and Product to accelerate Sedna’s growth worldwide.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years B2B sales experience in a solution-led environment.
• Experience owning full sales cycle from discovery to close.
• Strong communication and listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep product expertise to position Sedna across maritime segments.
• Run discovery conversations and deliver tailored demos.
• Negotiate and close deals with a focus on value and outcomes.
• Collaborate with RevOps, Marketing and pre-sales to build pipeline.
• Manage and expand customer relationships post-sale.
