Job summary

Landsec is seeking a Finance Reporting professional to join the Group Finance team in London, based in Victoria with hybrid working. You will deliver monthly reporting and turn data into clear analysis for the Group Board pack.

You will own the preparation of financial and operational reporting, partner with Finance and Treasury, and seek opportunities to automate and enhance reporting through systems and processes. Fully qualified accountant required.

Qualifications

• Strong track record in accurate and timely month end performance reporting.
• Experience analysing information from multiple sources to monitor and predict trends.
• Proficiency with financial planning and reporting tools, ideally OneStream and Power BI.
• Fully Qualified Accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA).
• Excellent Excel skills with clear data presentation.
• Effective communication with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience driving and embedding change.
• Ability to spot anomalies and identify corrective actions.
• Interest in real estate/office industries and UK economy.

Responsibilities

• Deliver insightful monthly reporting at the centre of Group Finance and provide a clear view of performance to senior leadership.
• Prepare financial and operational reporting for the Group Board pack and ensure alignment on messages and deliverables.
• Collaborate with Group Finance, Commercial Finance and Treasury to enhance reporting through systems and processes.
• Develop understanding of key performance drivers and deliver reporting that informs decisions.
• Ensure month-end reporting meets deadlines and drive efficiency by improving systems.
