Job summary

Landsec is seeking a commercially minded Financial Planning professional to join our Commercial Finance team in London. You will drive cost analysis, budgeting, forecasting and performance analytics to support informed business decisions.

You will work closely with Finance Directors and Business Partners, using OneStream and Power BI to deliver timely insights, drive efficiencies and help maximise the value of planning systems. Hybrid working is available.

Qualifications

• Fully Qualified Accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA) with strong finance experience.
• Experience of cost analysis to support decision making.
• Experience analysing information from multiple sources to monitor performance and predict trends including PowerBI.
• Keen interest in systems and ability to work with financial planning tools (OneStream).
• Budget and forecasting experience.
• Strong Excel and PowerBI skills with clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Deliver monthly cost performance insight for internal business units, highlighting variances and informing risks and opportunities.
• Lead Net Service Charge performance insight with the finance team to ensure process efficiency and alignment.
• Collaborate with Group Finance to ensure data accuracy and review month-end financials.
