Job summary

Landsec, based in Victoria, London, seeks a Senior Internal Audit Manager to lead the Group's audit function and deliver independent, risk-based assurance. The role works closely with the CFO and Audit Committee, developing the annual plan and driving governance improvements.

You will build strong cross-functional relationships, oversee a mix of in-house and outsourced work, and report on control effectiveness with practical recommendations.

Qualifications

• Significant Internal Audit experience in a complex organisation.
• Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) or Internal Audit qualification (CMIIA/CIA).
• Strong knowledge of governance, risk management, internal control frameworks.
• Proven ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders including executives, Audit Committees and Board members.
• Excellent analytical, communication and report-writing skills with clear, practical recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Landsec’s Internal Audit function, delivering independent assurance across the Group.
• Develop and execute a risk-based annual Internal Audit Plan and provide insight-driven reviews.
• Build relationships across the business to drive control improvements and support strategic objectives.
• Position the function within the business as it transfers from an outsourced model.
• Present Internal Audit findings to senior management and the Audit Committee.
