Job summary

Landsec, based in Victoria, London, is seeking a commercially minded Finance Analyst to join the Commercial Finance team. You will enhance budgeting, forecasting and cost analysis, providing insights to support better business decisions and partnering with Finance Directors and Group Performance Management.

You will own monthly cost forecasting using OneStream, develop driver-based models, and deliver concise reports for Finance Partners within a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified accountant with strong cost analysis experience.
• Experience analysing information from multiple sources to monitor performance and predict trends; PowerBI familiarity.
• Budgeting and forecasting experience with capability to model and analyse cost drivers.

Responsibilities

• Deliver monthly cost performance insights for internal business units.
• Lead Net Service Charge performance insight with finance teams.
• Ensure accuracy of month-end reporting and drive process efficiencies.
• Model cost assumptions for annual budget and rolling forecasts; drive end-to-end processes.
• Work with Group FP&A on system optimisation and reporting improvements.
