Qualifikationen

• Experience in management accounting or financial analysis with payroll/commissions/reward.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into business insights.
• Experience with large volumes of data and complex datasets.
• Excellent Excel and reporting abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and stakeholder communication.
• Experience with commission schemes or incentive analysis is advantageous.

• Support preparation of management accounts and financial reporting.
• Analyse business performance and provide financial insights to leadership.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Own commission and incentive reporting processes.
• Calculate and validate commission and incentive payments.
• Monitor performance against targets and provide reporting to stakeholders.
• Partner with operational teams to ensure transparency and accuracy of commission outcomes.
• Support payroll processes, including data validation and payroll reconciliations.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting, governance, and process efficiency.
