Job summary

Hawk3 Talent Solutions is recruiting a commercially minded Management Accountant for a confidential client in Bradford (BD4). The role focuses on ownership of the management accounts, budgeting, forecasting and driving improved financial reporting and profitability.

You will work closely with the Head of Finance, support payroll and internal controls while promoting operational insight to senior stakeholders. Flexible hours and a four-day week option after probation provide balance.

Qualifications

• Experience in management accounting or similar finance role.
• CIMA/ACCA qualification or actively studying toward it.
• Strong analytical and financial reporting capability.
• Excellent Excel and financial systems proficiency.
• Ability to explain financial insights to non-finance stakeholders.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports.
• Support month-end and year-end processes and deadlines.
• Analyse performance against budgets and forecasts; identify variances.
• Provide financial insight to support planning and decisions.
• Maintain reconciliations and supporting documentation.
• Participate in payroll support and interdepartmental collaboration.
