Job summary

Pure Resourcing Solutions Limited seeks an experienced Management Accountant to support the Finance Director in driving financial efficiency and strategic decision-making. You will join a dynamic finance team and contribute to growth and performance objectives.

The role covers management accounts, budgeting, cash flow, and cost control with exposure to multi-currency payments and year-end processes. AAT-qualified candidates with 3+ years' experience are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant (AAT or equivalent) with 3+ years of management accounting experience.
• Payroll processes experience is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proactive approach to cost control, compliance and continuous improvement.
• Confident in solving complex problems with a logical mindset.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Support the Finance Director in overall management of the finance department.
• Manage accounts payable and weekly multi-currency payment runs.
• Prepare monthly management accounts and quarterly VAT returns.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting and cash flow analysis.
• Provide insights on costs and drive cost-saving initiatives.
• Assist with year-end audit, liaising with auditors and tax advisors.
• Support renewal of maintenance and energy contracts.
• Offer backup support to payroll department as needed.
