Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a highly organised individual to develop and manage the day-to-day Repack operation plan at our NDC, liaising with onsite customers to review priorities and adjust schedules to meet business and customer requirements.

This permanent full-time role runs Monday to Friday, 08:00–16:00, with a salary of £28,826 and a benefits package including 25 holidays, a company pension, discounts, a 24/7 online GP service, life assurance, and access to GXO University.

Qualifications

• Excellent analytical, planning, and organisational skills.
• Effective communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships at all levels.
• Ability to prioritise workloads and work independently using own initiative.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage day-to-day operational plan for the Repack operation.
• Liaise with onsite customers to review priorities and adjust schedules.
• Carry out strategic planning and forecasting considering seasonality and volume trends.
• Monitor performance, complete daily reports and analyse trends for continuous improvement.
• Manage inbound and export planning and coordinate with customers.
• Work 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday, 08:00–16:00, in a permanent full-time role.
