Hasbro is seeking a Senior Attorney for maternity cover to provide strategic legal support to its global Consumer Products business from the UK. You will structure, negotiate and manage licensing and promotional arrangements while protecting Hasbro’s IP across multiple international territories, with focus on EMEA, Asia/Pacific and LATAM.

Qualifikationen

• Qualified solicitor with 3–5 years’ PQE.
• Strong knowledge of licensing, brand and entertainment IP licensing.
• Proven negotiation and drafting capabilities.
• Creative, organised and detail oriented with good client relations.

Aufgaben

• Draft, review, negotiate and advise on merchandise and promotion licences, amendments and NDAs.
• Lead negotiations with licensees, agents and stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Develop commercial solutions balancing legal risk with business objectives and revenue opportunities.
• Advise on IP exploitation and protection across licensing programmes and brand assets.
• Support promotions and partnerships, including exclusivity, giveaways and activations.
• Maintain an efficient contract management process for Licensed Consumer Products.
