Job summary

Paramount Skydance Corporation is seeking a dynamic leader to grow the UK licensee business for Softlines, encompassing apparel, accessories and home categories. You will own local strategy, lead negotiations, manage forecasts and develop collaborative partnerships with licensees and internal teams.

You will drive annual revenue targets, build a two-year plan by franchise, and coordinate with retail, marketing and creative teams to deliver market-leading products and profitable collaborations.

Qualifications

• You’re a strong negotiator who optimises the success and profitability of deals.
• You’re an insightful and persuasive seller who can identify commercial opportunities and align our brands to them.
• You’re financially literate and comfortable analysing licensee forecasts, ranges and budgets.
• You’re capable of building actionable plans that engage licensees and drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Grow our existing licensee business profitably and drive new business.
• Be the voice of Paramount CP&E with external partners.
• Lead negotiations for all local deals and ensure timely contract execution.
• Deliver the Softlines UK Consumer Products strategy and build a 2-year plan by franchise and licensee.
• Partner with retail and marketing teams to hit revenue targets.
• Identify white space and target new partners to align with global strategy.
• Build strong relationships and manage the licensee base on an ongoing basis.
• Lead annual reviews and financial planning with top partners.
