As a Legal Innovation Partner you will shape strategy, translate between technical and legal audiences, and advance the frontier of legal AI thought leadership while fostering collaboration across firms and corporate

Qualifications

10+ years in a legal innovation role at a top-tier law firm, corporate legal team, or legal tech organization.
Executive presence with CIOs/CKOs/CISOs and ability to translate between technical and legal audiences.
Track record of shaping product direction or service design based on deep domain insight.
Strong point of view on AI transformation in law firms and its benefits for lawyers, clients, and firms.
Exceptional communication skills—written thought pieces, conference speaking, and executive advising.

Responsibilities

Advise innovation and knowledge teams on AI transformation and develop client AI policies and rollout programs.
Help customers design and execute their AI strategies with measures of success.
Support innovation leaders in advancing collaboration between firms and clients.
Contribute to the business of law and enterprise innovation in service delivery.
Advance Legal AI thought leadership by publishing analyses and representing the community.
