Job summary

The Institute of Ismaili Studies (IIS) is seeking a Learning Technologist & Instructional Designer to develop high-quality online, blended and digital learning experiences across the Institute’s educational pathways.

Based within the Teaching & Learning Centre, the role leads activities to promote effective use of technology in teaching and learning, collaborating with academics, SMEs and other stakeholders to transform complex content into engaging, accessible learning experiences for diverse

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology or related field.
• Substantial experience in instructional design, e-learning and course development.
• Strong understanding of learning theories, curriculum mapping and adult learning principles.
• Experience with e-learning authoring tools and LMS platforms.
• Able to design inclusive, accessible learning experiences.
