Job summary

IGD is seeking a commercially minded Learning Client Partnerships Manager to grow participation in IGD’s learning portfolio. You will build strategic client relationships, drive revenue and convert opportunities into commitments, reporting to the Director of Learning & Development Programmes.

You will manage the Learning Engagement Manager, collaborate with Programme, Client Success, New Business, Marketing and Data teams, and lead engagement activities across priority accounts to deliver

Qualifications

• Proven experience growing client engagement within accounts.
• Strong commercial judgement; identify needs, develop opportunities and secure commitment.
• Translate organisational goals into focused client activity.
• Excellent questioning, influencing, presentation and relationship-building skills.
• Experience using CRM, client and performance data to prioritise activity.

Responsibilities

• Grow engagement and participation with IGD’s learning portfolio.
• Build strategic client relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Manage opportunities and pipeline across priority accounts.
• Lead engagement activity and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Provide clear messaging, success stories and proof points to promote IGD’s learning offer.
• Partner with events to activate learning events and raise awareness.
