Job summary

Bilfinger UK is seeking an experienced Learning & Development Manager to lead the delivery, coordination and continuous improvement of learning, development, skills and competency initiatives across the UK business (c. 4,000 employees).

The role manages a small team across two sites and owns the learning and development strategy and the competency framework for all employees. You will support bids and tenders with capability data, engage with external networks, and ensure compliance of learning

Qualifications

• Significant Learning & Development experience.
• Competency framework management experience; supports operational/site workforce.
• LMS experience required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and manage learning programmes and provide ongoing coordination.
• Develop capability and leadership development initiatives.
• Maintain and report on the learning and competency frameworks.
• Support bids and tenders with workforce capability data.
• Represent Bilfinger in industry learning networks and forums.
• Ensure learning systems compliance and data reporting.
• Align learning strategy with UK business goals.
• Coordinate with sites across two main locations.
• Monitor training hours, spend, and stakeholder satisfaction.
