Job summary

Jobtailor in the United Kingdom is seeking a Learning & Development Advisor to drive targeted development plans and lead program design that aligns with business goals. You will partner with managers to identify capability gaps and deliver practical interventions across UK locations.

With strong stakeholder management, you will analyse learning data, manage LMS platforms, and support continuous improvement initiatives while fostering a culture of shared best practice.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and evaluating learning programs across levels.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence at all levels.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and analytics.
• Desirable CIPD or equivalent L&D qualification.
• Commercial awareness and alignment of L&D to business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to identify L&D needs and create development plans.
• Design and deliver learning programmes that support leadership growth.
• Advise managers on learning strategies and performance initiatives.
• Manage learning platforms and ensure accurate records.
• Analyse data to measure effectiveness and recommend improvements.
• Lead learning projects, launches and system enhancements.
• Collaborate with HR and providers to ensure quality content.
• Promote a culture of continuous learning and best practices.
• Maintain learning governance and documentation.
• Travel to Culligan locations across UK & Ireland to engage with teams on-site.
• Identify capability gaps and tailor interventions to local needs.
