Job summary

Regan & Dean Recruitment Ltd. in London seeks an experienced Senior Programme Design & Planning Executive to own the design, development and planning of incoming group programmes across London and the UK.

You will work with Directors to shape proposals, manage supplier input and develop costed itineraries. With a background in events, travel, hospitality or destination management, you will translate briefs into inspiring programme concepts and collaborate closely with the planning and sales

Qualifications

• Experience in events, travel, hospitality, destination management, venue finding.
• Strong planning, organisation and time-management skills.
• Confident client and supplier communication with a professional manner.

Responsibilities

• Design and plan creative event programmes for incoming groups.
• Interpret briefs and develop tailored proposals balancing creativity, practicality and budget.
• Prepare polished itinerary copy, destination descriptions and supplier options.
• Research venues, hotels, restaurants and experiences to support programme design.
• Create preliminary timelines, budgets and costings for review by Directors.
• Liaise with suppliers for availability, rates and creative options.
• Support client liaison during proposal and planning stages.
