  • Manage end-to-end programme delivery, including timelines, risks, and external supplier management.
  • Ensure all programmes meet quality assurance standards, governance requirements, and regulatory expectations.
  • Collaborate with SMEs and internal partners to ensure alignment with organisational and operational priorities.
The Ideal Candidate

You will be a highly capable and credible leadership development professional who combines strong technical expertise with the ability to operate at a strategic level.

  • Demonstrable experience designing and delivering leadership development programmes end-to-end, particularly for senior audiences.
  • Strong background in instructional design, with expertise in structured methodologies and adult learning principles.
  • Proven ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders, building trusted relationships quickly.
  • Experience working within complex and/or highly regulated environments.
  • Track record of innovation in learning design, including blended and scalable solutions.
  • Strong focus on impact and evaluation, with experience evidencing behavioural and business outcomes.
  • Excellent programme and project management skills, including managing multiple workstreams and external partners.
  • Experience working within robust QA and governance frameworks.
  • A curious, proactive mindset with a strong commitment to continuous improvement.

  • Pension: Highly competitive defined benefit pension scheme with significant employer contribution
  • Annual Leave: 28 days + bank holidays (rising to 33 days after 5 years)
