Job summary

Leeds and York Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a leader for the Psychological Professions to drive strategic priorities, raise professional standards and deliver safe, high-quality, person-centred services. You will work with the Strategic Psychological Professions Lead and Deputy Director to ensure alignment with trust objectives and service development.

Qualifications

• To lead and support Psychological Professions workforce development and governance.
• Knowledge of current legislation and policy for health and social care in psychological professions.
• Experience in strategic workforce planning and organisational development.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for Psychological Professions workforce and safer staffing.
• Support design and implementation of trust-wide strategies and improvement plans.
• Lead on trust-wide initiatives including trauma-informed strategy and framework development.
• Deputise for the Deputy Director of Psychological Professions/ CPPO as required.
• Maintain clinical practice while supporting governance and development of psychological professions.
