Job summary

Pennine Care is seeking an Associate Network Director of Psychological Therapies in Oldham to lead strategic direction for psychological therapies across the Mental Health Network. You will drive clinical leadership, governance, and workforce development while partnering with senior leaders to deliver high-quality care.

The role requires experience in transformation within the NHS, budget oversight, and strong collaboration with commissioners and clinicians.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in mental health services.
• Experience in multi-agency collaboration and policy implementation.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic clinical leadership for psychological therapies across the network.
• Oversee financial accountability and budget management.
• Develop service strategies and governance in line with national guidance.
• Deputise for CPPO as required and contribute to on-call rota.
