Job summary

Environment Agency seeks a Deputy Director to lead the Navigation Strategy and Services, guiding a dispersed team of around 10 and shaping the national navigation strategy for a modern, sustainable service. You will drive transformation projects, secure funding, and ensure delivery of statutory duties across England's waterways.

You will engage national stakeholders, promote inclusivity, and enable a high-performing service through strategic direction and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading strategy development in large operational organisations.
