Job summary

Environment Agency is recruiting a Partnerships Advisor to support Defra Group Fleet Services. You will lead stakeholder engagement, build trusted relationships across the Environment Agency and Defra Group, and shape engagement plans including workshops and consultations to support fleet transformation and sustainability initiatives.

Flexible working patterns are welcomed; the role supports collaboration across national teams with occasional travel for meetings.

Qualifications

• Experience developing and delivering planned communications, engagement or consultation activity.
• Experience leading engagement with diverse stakeholders and influencing decisions.
• Experience supporting complex change and transformation programmes through communications.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and delivery of communications and engagement activity supporting DGFS priorities.
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders across Environment Agency and Defra Group.
• Develop stakeholder engagement plans, including workshops, briefings, meetings and events.
• Translate complex information into clear communications for business needs.
• Provide engagement advice to project teams to support change and outcomes.
• Identify engagement risks and opportunities, escalating as needed.
• Champion best practice in communications and engagement across DGFS.
