Essentia, part of Guy's and St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust, seeks an experienced Housekeeping Manager to lead the implementation and delivery of housekeeping and rapid response services across the Trust estate. You will translate legal, national and Trust requirements into safe, compliant operational practice, while providing expert leadership to site-based teams of nearly 700 colleagues.

Qualificações

• Extensive leadership of housekeeping, cleaning or soft facilities services in a large NHS/healthcare or similarly regulated environment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the implementation of housekeeping standards, operating procedures, performance measures and local audit regimes across the GSTT estate.
• Oversee continuous service improvement, performance management, contingency planning and readiness for regulatory inspection.
• Build effective relationships with clinical teams, senior leaders, external partners and suppliers to ensure safe, compliant operations.
