Job summary

RTI Health Solutions (RTI-HS) seeks an accomplished scientific leader to guide the Evidence Synthesis & Statistics (ESS) capability. The Executive Director will provide strategic, scientific and operational leadership while remaining hands-on in delivering complex client work across HTA, RWE and market access projects.

You will lead capability growth, mentor statisticians, drive methodological innovation (Bayesian, network meta-analysis, MAIC/STCs), and shape evidence-generation strategies with

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in epidemiology, health economics, biostatistics or related field with 12+ years' experience.
• Proven leadership of evidence synthesis activities in pharma, CRO, consulting or academia.
• Expertise in network meta-analysis and advanced statistical methods.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic, scientific and operational leadership for the ESS capability.
• Lead complex analytical work and client engagements across HTA, RWE and market access.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing team of evidence synthesis statisticians.
• Drive methodological innovation and adoption of new approaches.
