HSBC UK seeks Head of Customer Intelligence & Enablement (CI&E) on a 16-month fixed-term contract. You will lead UK CMB’s mission to become the most trusted bank by turning customer signals into clear priorities and demonstrable change.

You’ll shape the three pillars—Customer Intelligence, Customer Action and Customer Centricity—by delivering confident MI/KPI views for senior leadership and ensuring a closed loop from feedback to action.
