Job summary

Responsibilities

• Own UK Business Banking technology delivery and day-to-day engagement with UK business leadership and the UK CIO.
• Oversee full lifecycle of UK DBB Web Channels, UK DBB Mobile and Kinetic including design, build, quality and uptime metrics.
• Set the direction for a digital-first operating plan that improves customer journeys and delivers features rapidly.
• Govern the Change the Bank order book with focus on outcomes and delivery discipline.
• Strengthen resilience and cost efficiency while maintaining service performance.
