Job summary

Aldermore Bank is hiring a Campaign Strategy and Insight Executive to shape how we understand customers and drive better business outcomes. You’ll combine customer research, market intelligence and audience insight to influence strategy across the business.

Based in the UK with a hybrid policy, you’ll work two days per week onsite in one of our offices, collaborating with the Customer Strategy & Insight team to turn data into clear, actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer insight or audience strategy
• Experience in market research
• Proposition development or strategic marketing familiarity
• Strong ability to analyse qualitative and quantitative information
• Excellent storytelling and presentation skills
• Experience building relationships across teams
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Understanding of segmentation and test‑and‑learn approaches

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of customer research projects, including surveys, discussion guides and agency management activity.
• Organise fieldwork and translate research findings into engaging insight presentations and summaries.
• Monitor customer behaviours, market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and emerging themes.
• Support the Voice of Customer programme, including NPS and customer experience reporting.
• Work with audience panels and customer feedback sources to understand needs, challenges and opportunities.
• Bring together data, research and customer feedback from multiple sources to create a rounded understanding of customers.
• Produce insight materials and reporting that support prioritisation and decision‑making.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to share insights and promote customer understanding.
