Job summary

CRANSTOUN is recruiting for the role of Head of Care, Quality and Governance in Wimbledon with hybrid working. The position is permanent, 35 hours per week, offering a salary of £50,200–£62,820 per annum depending on experience.

The post requires strong leadership in care quality and governance and will report to the Director of Care, Quality and Governance. Applicants must have extensive senior care governance experience and relevant qualifications.

• Extensive experience in senior care, quality and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of the care, quality and governance strategy across the organisation.
• Coordinate governance arrangements in line with national quality and safety standards.
• Ensure compliance, risk and quality governance are embedded and owned locally within services.
• Provide complex and accurate information to inform decision making across the governance function.
• Offer support and guidance to services and help resolve complex issues.
