Job summary

Cranstoun in Wimbledon is seeking an experienced Head of Care, Quality and Governance to lead the strategic work across the organisation. You will coordinate governance arrangements under the Director and ensure governance is embedded locally within services.

The role requires extensive senior experience in care, quality and governance, with visible compassionate leadership and a collaborative approach with a range of stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Leading on the delivery of the care, quality and governance strategy across the organisation
• Coordinate governance arrangements in accordance with national quality and safety standards
• Ensure compliance, risk and quality governance is embedded and owned locally within services
• Provide complex and accurate information to inform decision making across the governance function
• Provide support and guidance to services and the resolving of complex issues
