Job summary

Dn Colleges Group is seeking a visionary Vice Principal - Curriculum (Apprenticeships) to lead strategic development across the College's apprenticeship provision. The role focuses on quality, employer partnerships and curriculum innovation to deliver outstanding learner outcomes and regional impact.

As part of the Senior Leadership Team, you will ensure funding compliance, drive growth and align curriculum with local and national skills priorities, while leading a high-performing team committed

Qualifications

• Significant senior leadership experience within apprenticeships, Further Education or workforce development.
• Proven track record of improving quality, performance and learner outcomes.
• Extensive knowledge of apprenticeship funding, accountability and quality frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for all apprenticeship provision across the College.
• Develop a high-quality, employer-led apprenticeship curriculum that meets current and future workforce needs.
• Drive exceptional achievement, retention, progression and destination outcomes for apprentices.
• Lead a culture of high performance, accountability and continuous improvement.
• Ensure full compliance with apprenticeship funding, audit and regulatory requirements.
• Build and strengthen partnerships with employers, industry sectors and key stakeholders to support growth and innovation.
• Use performance intelligence and curriculum accountability processes to secure rapid and sustained improvement.
• Champion outstanding teaching, learning, coaching and assessment practices across apprenticeship programmes.
• Lead and inspire managers and staff to deliver an exceptional apprentice and employer experience.
• Ensure apprenticeship provision contributes meaningfully to regional economic priorities, business growth and skills development.
