Job summary

Sovereign Network Group (SNG) seeks a strategic Head of IT Service & Secure Operations to join the CIO Leadership Team. You will lead service delivery, security, resilience and continual improvement of core technology services, with hybrid working from Basingstoke or Wembley and regular travel between offices.

You will manage Service Desk, Infrastructure, Cloud Operations and Cyber Security Operations, driving efficiency, automation and value as you partner with stakeholders and suppliers to

Qualifications

• Experience in a senior IT Operations/Service role within a large complex organisation.
• Proven leadership of Service Desk, Infrastructure and Cyber Security operations.
• Strong understanding of ITIL and ITSM practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead operational strategy for IT Services and Secure Operations.
• Manage and inspire Service Desk, Infrastructure, Cloud and Cyber Security teams.
