• £40,476 per annum
• 35 hours per week
• 12 Month Fixed term

Young Manchester is looking for an experienced and values-driven Strategic Lead - Finance & Operations to join our Senior Leadership Team.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in one of Manchester's leading youth-sector organisations. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, you will provide strategic financial leadership for Young Manchester while overseeing governance, compliance and key organisational support functions.

Young Manchester supports over 200 youth organisations across the city through grant-making, capacity building, partnership development and strategic leadership. By working alongside young people, communities, funders, businesses and public sector partners, we help create opportunities that enable children and young people to thrive.

As Strategic Lead - Finance & Operations, you will play a vital role in ensuring the organisation remains financially sustainable, operationally effective and well-positioned to maximise its impact.
