Job summary

Fidelity International in London is seeking an Associate Director - Client Propositions, Investments & Product to lead GPS Client Propositions. You will shape strategy, align investments with client needs and drive commercial outcomes.

You will coordinate the CSRG, refine prioritisation, evaluate business cases and partner with Enterprise Change and Platform teams to ensure value delivery across GPS. A commercially minded leader with strong stakeholder influence is essential.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to develop business cases, financial plans and allocate resources.
• Experience leading financial and business reporting for senior stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of financial services, asset or wealth management.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building across functions and levels.
• Analytical with ability to interpret data and drive evidence-based decisions.
• Experience coaching teams and delivering results on time.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the Client Strategic Roadmap Group (CSRG) aligning discretionary investment and change activity with strategy and objectives.
• Own and evolve prioritisation frameworks to support investment and resource allocation decisions.
• Develop and challenge business cases across GPS ensuring tangible value and alignment.
• Partner with Enterprise Change and Platform teams for planning and delivery alignment.
• Work with Finance to track delivery against financial objectives and outcomes.
• Provide insight and recommendations to senior stakeholders for strategic investments.
