St. James’s Place is seeking a commercially minded product professional at mid-senior level to lead the evolution of the manufactured product range.

You will drive idea generation, influence strategic investment, and mobilise cross-functional teams around key opportunities, aligning with Consumer Duty and risk appetite. You’ll work as a senior spokesperson for Group Products, shaping the proposition agenda, delivering robust business cases and ensuring client outcomes.

Formación

• Experience in Proposition Development, Product Development, and Product Strategy within Financial Services.
• Ability to translate customer and adviser insights into commercially viable propositions.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence senior leaders.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the development and shape the forward-looking strategy and roadmap for the manufactured product proposition.
• Act as a senior SME for proposition strategy, providing insight to senior leaders and strategic forums.
• Identify and shape material strategic opportunities, aligning to Group strategy and Consumer Duty.
