• Significant senior leadership experience in large, complex organisations.
• Experience delivering statutory compliance, engineering governance and technical assurance.
• Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and large capital programmes.

Aufgaben

• Lead development and delivery of the Trust's capital investment programme.
• Provide executive-level assurance on governance, risk, finance and compliance.
• Oversee business case development, approvals and capital planning.
• Lead project teams, external consultants and partners.
• Develop property, estate redevelopment and infrastructure investment initiatives.
• Build relationships with clinical and corporate stakeholders to align investments with service priorities.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
