Job summary

Royal United Hospitals Bath NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a senior leader to join the Estates and Facilities Team as Associate Director of Capital Projects and Infrastructure. You will shape the future estate, oversee a diverse portfolio of capital projects, and provide strategic direction to ensure patient care is enhanced through compliant, safe and value-for-money investments.

Qualifications

• Significant senior leadership experience in a large, complex organisation.
• Delivery of statutory compliance, engineering governance and technical assurance.
• Leading multi-disciplinary teams and change programmes.
• Experience supporting large capital programmes with multi-million-pound budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and delivery of the Trust's capital investment programme.
• Provide executive-level assurance on programme performance, governance, risk, finance and compliance.
• Oversee business case development, project approvals and capital planning.
• Lead multidisciplinary project teams, external consultants and contractors.
• Provide strategic leadership for property, estate redevelopment and infrastructure initiatives.
• Foster relationships with clinical, operational and corporate stakeholders to align investments with service improvement.
