• KS2 Leadership: Provide strategic leadership for teaching and learning across KS2.
• Assessment Leadership: Lead whole-school assessment, recording and reporting systems.
• Co-SENDCo Responsibilities: Jointly lead SEND provision across the school.
• Curriculum Leadership: Lead an agreed curriculum subject area.
• Staff Leadership: Linemanage identified teachers and support staff.
• Teaching and Learning: Model excellent classroom practice and lead quality assurance activities.
