Job summary

SCS Railways seeks a Project Knowledge Manager for the HS2 programme to drive a knowledge-sharing culture and measurable improvements across multiple London sites. Lead the Knowledge Team, manage the knowledge hub and external stakeholders, and integrate KnowBot AI to enhance safety, efficiency and quality of outputs.

You will partner with senior leaders to embed learning, manage strategic and tactical change on a major project, and build networks across parent companies to maximise learning

Qualifications

• Experience in construction and infrastructure delivery with senior leadership exposure.
• Proven ability to drive learning culture, knowledge sharing and lessons learned.
• Track record of managing strategic and tactical change on large projects.
• Ability to lead multi-location teams and coach cross-disciplinary groups.
• Strong written and verbal communication with senior stakeholders; AI/data literacy.

Responsibilities

• Drive project-wide knowledge management, improvement and learning culture.
• Sponsorship and engagement of senior leaders to align with reset priorities.
• Lead knowledge hub, communities and external stakeholder management.
• Integrate KnowBot AI and future enhancements into project delivery.
• Coach teams, enable data-informed interventions, and share best practices.
• Collaborate across parent companies to ensure consistent knowledge sharing.
