Job summary

Skanska Costain STRABAG Joint Venture is seeking a Project Knowledge Manager to drive a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement across HS2 SCSJV. You will lead the Knowledge Team, integrate KnowBot AI solutions, and align learnings with HS2 and parent companies.

The role reports to the SCS Head of Operational Excellence and requires collaboration across multiple sites in London, delivering measurable benefits to safety, efficiency, productivity and quality of outputs.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction/infrastructure sector.
• Proven ability to lead strategic and tactical change.
• Structured improvement approach on large projects.
• Coaching multi-location teams across sites.
• Strong networks and influencing at senior levels.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Drive project-wide continuous improvement and a knowledge-sharing culture.
• Sponsor knowledge management activities with senior leaders to improve team performance.
• Lead the knowledge strategy, knowledge hub, and measurement against priorities.
• Embed lessons learned and best practices across teams to enable better ways of working.
• Structure activities using project management principles across short, medium and long term horizons.
• Support application of knowledge (hub) data to inform decisions.
• Engage, coach and collaborate with project teams at multiple locations.
• Develop digital solutions to enhance knowledge management and industry standards.
