Job summary

Outsource UK is seeking an experienced IT Sourcing Manager to join its procurement team in Yorkshire. You will own strategic IT sourcing and procurement projects, collaborating with technology and business stakeholders to deliver commercial value and manage supplier risk.

Responsibilities include leading sourcing across hardware, software, services and digital, developing strategies, negotiating terms, and driving cost savings while ensuring strong governance and supplier performance.

Qualifications

• Experience as an IT Sourcing Manager or related procurement role.
• Experience across software, hardware, IT services and/or digital categories.
• Proven strategic sourcing and negotiation skills.
• Strong supplier and third-party risk management experience.
• Track record of delivering procurement savings and commercial benefits.
• Financial services experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing activity across IT hardware, software, services and digital.
• Develop sourcing strategies using market insight and benchmarking.
• Negotiate terms, contracts, rate cards and supplier agreements.
• Manage supplier and third-party risk requirements.
• Support contract reviews and commercial governance.
• Identify opportunities to reduce cost and improve value.
• Collaborate with Technology, Finance, Risk and Legal stakeholders.
