Job summary

Outsource UK is seeking an IT & Digital Category Manager in Leeds. This hybrid role (2 days in the office) offers £65,000–£70,000 plus bonus and benefits. You will lead strategic sourcing and category management across technology spend, shaping supplier relationships and contracts to deliver value.

You’ll work with senior stakeholders across Legal, Supply Chain and technology teams to manage risk, negotiate favorable terms and ensure compliant, performance-driven outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in technology strategic sourcing/category management.
• Broad experience across software, cloud, networks, hardware and outsourcing.
• Financial services procurement and supplier management experience.
• Strong negotiation, commercial and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven delivery of procurement savings and commercial benefits.
• MCIPS qualification.
• Experience with Lean Six Sigma, ITIL, PRINCE2 or S2P platforms would be advantageous.
