The role drives strategic direction, governance and delivery across the full solution lifecycle.

You will shape major programmes, enable automation, data transformation and enterprise services, while upholding public service values and a secure, resilient user experience.

Qualifications

• Significant senior leadership experience in a technology-enabled organisation.
• Proven ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders and partners.
• Experience leading major technology portfolios and transformation programmes.
• Strong understanding of software development, application management and service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction across the full solution lifecycle from development to retirement.
• Lead the IT Solutions teams to support 500+ solutions used by 14,000+ officers and staff.
• Drive intelligent automation, ERP, data transformation and other enterprise initiatives.
• Influence technical strategy, investment and priorities with senior stakeholders.
