Qualifications

• 10+ years' account management experience (IT services preferred).
• Strong commercial and relationship management skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Lead regular client meetings and strategic reviews.
• Manage CRM pipeline, forecasting and reporting.
• Oversee contracts, SLAs and renewals.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Identify and onboard new logos.
• Act as escalation point for client issues.
• Maintain strong vendor and partner relationships.
