Qualifications

Proven ALM/PLM platform experience in R&D or manufacturing.
Strong stakeholder management and business analysis skills.
Experience with IT solution delivery and project governance.

Responsibilities

IT Business Partnering with cross-functional teams to understand needs and drive solution discussions.
Translate business requirements to clear functional specifications for delivery teams.
Drive standardization and continuous improvements of ALM/PLM processes and capabilities.
Ensure integration of ALM/PLM tools with ERP, MES and other enterprise systems.
