Wolfspeed is seeking a Commodity Manager, IT Procurement to lead strategic sourcing for IT software, hardware, and services. You will manage supplier relationships, negotiate complex agreements, and drive savings while aligning with Wolfspeed’s objectives.

In this role you will cover software licensing, hardware purchases, MSAs, SOWs, renewals, and contract negotiations, partnering with Legal and Finance to deliver value and mitigate risk in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering, IT, or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years in procurement, strategic sourcing, contract management, or supplier management focused on IT software/hardware/services.
• Experience negotiating complex commercial agreements and managing supplier relationships.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive results without direct authority.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building, including senior leadership engagement.
• High integrity and ethical business practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for IT software, hardware, and services, optimizing supplier performance, cost, quality, and risk.
• Lead end-to-end RFX activities (RFI, RFQ, and RFP) including evaluation, selection, and contract award recommendations.
• Manage the full lifecycle of IT agreements (software licensing, hardware purchases, MSAs, SOWs, renewals, negotiations).
• Build partnerships with business stakeholders, Legal, Finance, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of objectives.
• Identify and deliver cost savings, cost avoidance, and process improvement while supporting governance and supplier performance management.
• This role may require additional duties and/or assignments as designated by management.
